My Parents bought a Juicer!

 

and it came in the mail today!!! Its really fucking nice, and im excited to use it! We all decided that we’re going to to start a 10 day juice cleanse, just to reboot our bodies.

My breakfast for today! Steel cut oats cooked with cinammon, vanilla extract, and half a banana, topped with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and almond butter. So delicious!

Happy Cinco De Mayo! Whole Wheat Tortilla, with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, red peppers, onions, ground turkey & topped off with a lime cilantro vinegrette! Pure Bliss.

Well I planned out my night

and everything just got messed up. I was in the middle of working out but then I had to stop. Hopefully I get home early enough to finish my workout (I was just doing a workout video today).  

but in other news I made a turkey burger for dinner tonight, and not to toot my own horn BUT it was amazing, I ate it with some spinach, tomatoes, and cucumber :)

Prouda myself :)

My roommate just made the most delicious bowl of icecream for herself. First of all it was birthdaycake icecream, then she added a fullsized brownie, broken up bits of waffle cone, warm peanut butter and chocolate magic shell. She offered to make me a bowl but I told her no thanks. so damn proud of myself! I mean it wouldve tasted amazing while I was eating it, but the feeling afterwards would’ve been terrible. So for right now I’ll stick to my green tea and lemon water! :) and if im really craving a treat later i’ll munch on some frozen grapes

Today’s Workout

Was crazy intense, I took a 90 minute spin class. Then I worked on my shoulders for the very first time ever on the weight floor of my gym -aka the frat guy floor. It was definitely intimidating but I’m so glad I went there early in the morning cause it could have been way worse. Oh and when I got on the first machine down there I realized half way through my second set that I had my hands in the wrong place, so that was embarrassing. But i don’t think anyone saw it.

Ughhh, I can already tell that I’m going to be sore tomorrow.

Just bought the 10DC

I’ve been thinking about it for awhile now, and I’ve been stuck at a plateua for such a long time now (over a month) that I literally cannot stand it. I not going to immediately start it, I’ll be starting it after this weekend because I’m going to my hometown to spend time with my best friend and she prolly wont have most of food required for it. But, I am excited to get it and read through it and start it when I get back on monday!

I’ll be doing a before and after picture, and I’ll be blogging about the experience everyday how I feel, if I’m seeing changes, etc.
